研究目的：

芳香化酶抑制剂会导致肌肉骨骼疼痛、心肌梗死、皮炎、荨麻疹及红细胞增多症等一系列副反应，芳香化酶抑制剂相关关节疼痛（aromatase inhibitor-inducedarthralgia， AIA）是其中常见的不良反应。 AIA 的治疗国内外尚无统一有效的治疗手段。科室准备制定一套手部运动操， 对 AIA 患者进行手指操的培训指导，探讨其应用效果。  

Objectives of Study：

Aromatase inhibitors cause a range of side effects including musculoskeletal pain, myocardial infarction, dermatitis, urticaria and erythrocytosis.Aromatase inhibitors can cause musculoskeletal pain, myocardial infarction, dermatitis, urticaria, and erythrocytosis, among other side effects.Aromatase inhibitor-induced arthralgia (AIA) is one of the most common adverse reactions.AIA is one of the common adverse reactions. There is no uniform and effective treatment for AIA at home and abroad. The department is preparing to develop a set of hand exercise program.The department is going to develop a set of hand exercise to train and instruct AIA patients on finger exercise and explore the effect of its application.The department is going to develop a set of hand movement exercises, train and instruct patients with AIA in finger exercises, and explore the effect of its application.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①临床或辅助检查证实有肿瘤复发、骨转移或合并其他器官转移的患者； ②有免疫相关性骨关节病、代谢性骨病、关节外伤史导致关节疼痛反复发作的患者； ③近 3 个月正在服用除钙剂以外影响骨代谢的药物如甲状腺激素、双磷酸盐类药物的患者； ④服 AIs 前已有关节肿痛患者。

Exclusion criteria：

①Patients with clinical or auxiliary examinations confirming tumor recurrence, bone metastasis or combination of other organ metastasis; ② Patients with immune-related osteoarthropathy, metabolic bone disease, and history of joint trauma leading to recurrent joint pain. Patients with immunity-related osteoarthropathy, metabolic bone disease, history of joint trauma leading to recurrent joint pain; ③Patients who are taking drugs other than calcium that affect bone metabolism, such as thyroid hormone, bisphosphonates, etc., in the last 3 months. (iii) Patients who are taking drugs other than calcium that affect bone metabolism, such as thyroid hormone and bisphosphonates, in the past 3 months; ④Patients with joint swelling and pain before taking AIs.

本研究将受试者分为两组.对照组实施内分泌治疗常规护理，对病人进行常规健康教育，讲解内分泌治疗相关知识及用药注意事项，强调按时服药的重要性，告知病人定期复诊。

干预组在常规护理的基础上加入手部康复操训练， 每天常规治疗结束后，由研究人员指导监护下，完成一次练习。 每次练习5min，每周5次，共进行8周的训练。
