研究目的：

1.解析抑郁症外周单核细胞分子表达谱和血小板蛋白表达谱的改变； 2.找到可以用于抑郁症诊断的外周分子标志物。

Objectives of Study：

1. To analyze changes in peripheral monocyte molecular expression profiles and platelet protein expression profiles in depression; 2. To identify peripheral molecular markers that can be used in the diagnosis of depression.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.符合DSM-IV轴I其他诊断，如精神分裂症、双相障碍等； 2.伴有控制不良的严重躯体疾病，如冠心病、甲状腺功能异常等； 3.曾有过导致意识丧失的颅脑外伤史，或癫痫病史； 4.任何严重的身体疾病，用慢性药物治疗;和/或药物滥用/依赖史； 5.处于妊娠或哺乳期妇女，或备孕（育）期人员； 6.近期有发热、急性感染、传染病史等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Consistent with DSM-IV axis I other diagnoses, such as schizophrenia, bipolar disorder, etc.; 2. Serious physical diseases accompanied by poor control, such as coronary heart disease, abnormal thyroid function, etc.; 3. History of craniocerebral trauma leading to loss of consciousness, or history of epilepsy; 4. Any serious physical illness, treated with chronic medication; and/or history of substance abuse/dependence; 5. Pregnant or lactating women, or people planning to become pregnant (childbearing); 6. Recent history of fever, acute infection, infectious diseases, etc.

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：	符合ICD-10或DSM-5中抑郁障碍的首次诊断标准或者至少两周以上未服用抗抑郁药。
Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):	Meet the first diagnostic criteria for depressive disorder in ICD-10 or DSM-5 or have not been taking antidepressants for at least two weeks.
指标试验（即本研究的待评估诊断试验，无论为方法、生物标志物或设备，均请列出名称）：	方法：血小板蛋白质组学，单个核细胞转录组测序，生物信息学分析筛选出生物标志物，然后机器学习验证候选生物标志物区分抑郁症和健康对照的效率。评估抑郁症严重程度用HAMD抑郁量表。
Index test:	Methods: Platelet proteomics, transcriptome sequencing of mononuclear cells, bioinformatics analysis screened out biomarkers, and then machine learning verified the efficiency of candidate biomarkers to distinguish between depression and healthy controls. Depression severity was assessed using the HAHD Depression Scale.
目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）	抑郁症患者：一种以情绪低落、兴趣丧失、精神不振为核心症状的慢性精神疾病患者。HAMD≥17分健康对照:排除精神疾病诊断标准。	例数: Sample size: 100
Target condition (The target condition is a particular disease or disease stage that the index test will be intended to identify. Please specify the characteristics in detail; the population should has a complete spectrum and good representative):	Depressed patients: a chronic mental illness with low mood, loss of interest, and lack of energy as the core symptoms. HAMD >= 17 points. Healthy control: exclusion of diagnostic criteria for psychiatric disorders.
