研究目的：

基于加速度计探究NICU环境中高危新生儿的睡眠情况与其神经发育的相关性，并观察早期干预对其睡眠、进食功能和神经功能发育的影响，以期为NICU环境中实施早期干预提供科学依据并改善NICU高危新生儿的神经发育结局。  

Objectives of Study：

Based on the accelerometer, this study explores the correlation between sleep status and neurological development of high-risk newborns in NICU environment, and observes the effects of early intervention on their sleep, eating function and neurological development, so as to provide scientific basis for early intervention in NICU environment and improve the neurological development outcome of high-risk newborns in NICU.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

①因机械辅助通气等原因需持续镇静者； ②骨折未固定； ③严重感染； ④出血急性期； ⑤处于癫痫持续发作状态。

Exclusion criteria：

① Those who need continuous sedation due to mechanical ventilation and other reasons; ② The fracture is not fixed; ③ Severe infection; ④ Acute bleeding; ⑤Status Epilepticus.
