研究目的：

观察西安地区老年人的衰弱状态与维生素D水平的相关性，探讨维生素D干预对衰弱状态的影响及可能机制，为防治老人的衰弱发生提供干预策略。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the correlation between the weakness of the elderly in Xi 'an and the level of vitamin D, explore the influence of vitamin D intervention on the weakness and its possible mechanism, and provide intervention strategies for preventing and treating the weakness of the elderly.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）高钙血症、泌尿系统结石或甲状旁腺疾病患者；（2）3个月内服用过维生素D制剂；（3）有维生素D过敏史；（4）肝肾功能不全；（5）严重感染或肿瘤进展期患者；（6）严重失能失智者；（7）认知功能障碍者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Patients with hypercalcemia, urinary calculi or parathyroid diseases; (2) taking vitamin D preparation orally for 3 months; (3) Have a history of vitamin D allergy; (4) Hepatic and renal insufficiency; (5) Patients with severe infection or advanced tumor; (6) serious disability and loss of wisdom; (7) People with cognitive dysfunction.
