纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.体重指数 ≥ 40 kg/m2 2.精神疾病史 3.严重产科并发症或严重基础疾病 4.艾司氯胺酮过敏史或椎管内麻醉禁忌。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The body mass index ≥ 40 kg/m2 2. History of mental illness 3. Severe obstetric complications or severe underlying diseases 4. A history of allergy to Esketamine or contraindications for spinal anesthesia.
