研究目的：

使用机器学习算法精准识别胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生高危人群，进一步对高危人群进行聚类分型，针对不同的分型亚组实施精细的干预措施，最终构建一套智能预防管理胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生高危人群的平台。 通过该项目构建一套胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生高危人群的智能管理系统，实现对胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生高危人群的高效管理。就个体而言，通过参与胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生高危人群的智能预防管理系统，可以延缓或者阻止高危人群中胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生的发生，进一步减少相关并发症的发病率；可以省去患病后血糖波动或胰岛素治疗效果不佳给自己的生活工作带来的不便，提升胰岛素注射相关皮下脂肪增生高危人群的幸福感。就国家和社会而言，可以减少国家医保的财政支出，解决人民的健康和卫生保健问题，实现社会健康效应。  

Objectives of Study：

To use machine learning algorithm to accurately identify high-risk groups of subcutaneous adipose hyperplasia associated with insulin injection, further cluster classification of high-risk groups, and implement fine intervention measures for different subgroups of subgroups. finally, a set of intelligent platform for the prevention and management of insulin injection-related subcutaneous adipose hyperplasia was constructed. Through this project, a set of intelligent management system of insulin injection-related subcutaneous adipose hyperplasia high-risk population was constructed to achieve efficient management of insulin injection-related subcutaneous adipose hyperplasia high-risk population. As far as individuals are concerned, by participating in the intelligent prevention and management system of insulin injection-related subcutaneous fat hyperplasia in high-risk groups, it can delay or prevent the occurrence of insulin injection-related subcutaneous fat hyperplasia in high-risk groups, and further reduce the incidence of related complications. It can save the inconvenience caused by the fluctuation of blood sugar or the poor effect of insulin treatment, and improve the well-being of people at high risk of subcutaneous adipose hyperplasia associated with insulin injection. As far as the country and society are concerned, it can reduce the financial expenditure of national health insurance, solve people's health and health care problems, and achieve social health effects.

排除标准：

使用胰高血糖素样肽-1激动剂或全身性糖皮质激素的患者，或者患有延伸到胰岛素注射部位的非脂肪营养不良性皮肤病的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients with glucagon-like peptide-1 agonists or systemic glucocorticoids, or patients with non-adipose dystrophic dermatosis extending to the insulin injection site.
