①　滥用药物或酒精 ②　严重肥胖（BMI>30kg m-2） ③　MMSE评分<24分

Exclusion criteria：

1 Drug abuse or alcohol abuse 2 Severe obesity ( BMI > 30kg m-2 ). 3 MMSE score < 24 points.
