研究目的：

证实穴位埋线能明显改善肥胖型PCOS患者肥胖程度及IR，并通过调节代谢紊乱从而改善患者的临床症状，以期为穴位埋线治疗肥胖型PCOS伴IR的临床推广及效应机制研究提供科学依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To confirm that acupoint catgut embedding can significantly improve the degree of obesity and IR in obese PCOS patients, and improve their clinical symptoms by regulating metabolic disorders, in order to provide scientific basis for the clinical promotion and mechanism research of acupoint catgut embedding treatment for obese PCOS with IR.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.同时患有其他严重的心脑血管、肝、肾、造血系统疾病者； 2.既往或目前诊断为精神分裂症、重度抑郁症等精神病性障碍； 3.近1个月内服用其他影响本治疗的药物； 4.存在针灸禁忌症，如瘢痕体质、皮肤感觉障碍等； 5.治疗期间的3个月有生育要求者； 6.妊娠或哺乳期妇女。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who also suffer from other serious cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney, and hematopoietic system diseases; 2. Previously or currently diagnosed with psychiatric disorders such as schizophrenia and severe depression; 3. Taking other medications that affect this treatment within the past month; 4. There are contraindications to acupuncture and moxibustion, such as scar constitution, skin sensory disorders, etc; 5. Those who have fertility requirements within 3 months of treatment; 6. Pregnant or lactating women.

盐酸二甲双胍片(北京京丰制药集团，国药准字H10983056)口服。服用方法：0.5g，随餐服用，bid。同时配合生活方式干预：1.饮食控制：每日能量供给标准(kcal)=[身高(cm)-105]×25kcal/kg;其中碳水化合物占每日总能量的50%~60%，脂肪占每日总能量的25%~30%，蛋白质占每日总能量的20%~30%；由专人通过微信监督患者饮食控制情况，避免睡前进餐。2.运动控制：每周有氧运动3次，每次30min，形式不限，要求心率达到(170-年龄)/min；并由专人通过微信监督患者每周运动情况。共治疗3个月。

Metformin Hydrochloride Tablets (Beijing Jingfeng Pharmaceutical Group, National Pharmaceutical Approval No. H10983056) taken orally. Usage: 0.5g, taken with a meal, bid. Simultaneously cooperating with lifestyle interventions: 1. Dietary control: Daily energy supply standard (kcal)=[Height (cm) -105] × 25kcal/kg; Carbohydrates account for 50% to 60% of daily total energy, fats account for 25% to 30% of daily total energy, and proteins account for 20% to 30% of daily total energy; Supervise patients' dietary control through WeChat by a dedicated person to avoid eating before bedtime. 2. Exercise control: Aerobic exercise 3 times a week for 30 minutes each time, with unlimited forms and a heart rate of (170 age)/min; And a dedicated person will supervise the patient's weekly exercise status through WeChat. The treatment lasted for 3 months.

随机是采用简单随机方法，运用SPSS 22.0软件生成随机数字，由专人保管。根据患者就诊先后顺序通过电话、微信即刻获取随机数字进行入组治疗，试验严格按照随机化设计序列纳入患者。

Randomization is a simple randomization method that uses SPSS 22.0 software to generate random numbers, which are kept by a dedicated person. Random numbers are immediately obtained through phone or WeChat according to the order of patient visits for enrollment treatment. The trial strictly follows the randomized design sequence to include patients.
