研究目的：

本研究旨在评估围术期静脉输注利多卡因对腹腔镜全子宫切除术患者术后慢性疼痛的影响。

Objectives of Study：

The aim of this study is to evaluate the effect of perioperative intravenous infusion of lidocaine on chronic post-surgical pain in patients undergoing total laparoscopic hysterectomy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.合并有严重的心、肺、肝、肾、脑、内分泌或血液系统疾病 2.存在Ⅱ度或Ⅲ度房室传导阻滞，或基线心率低于45次/分的慢性心律失常 3.麻醉药物过敏史 4.有慢性疼痛病史 5.长期使用镇痛药物 6.术前存在焦虑抑郁症状或长期服用精神类药物 7.严重的视听障碍而无法沟通

Exclusion criteria：

1. Merge with severe heart, lung, liver, kidney, brain, endocrine or hematological diseases 2. Chronic arrhythmia with second or third degree atrioventricular block or baseline heart rate below 45 beats per minute 3. History of Anesthetic Drug Allergies 4. History of chronic pain 5. Long term use of analgesic drugs 6. Preoperative anxiety and depression symptoms or long-term use of psychotropic drugs 7. Severe audiovisual impairment preventing communication
