研究目的：

1.对中国儿童心衰的临床现状进行回顾性评估及总结,以促进对儿童心衰更好的认知； 2.探索儿童心衰相关诊断标准,构建临床预测模型及诊断模型，为儿童心衰的精准治疗提供参考意见； 3.初步尝试探索儿童心衰慢病管理平台或工具的开发与应用。

Objectives of Study：

1. To retrospectively assess and summarize the clinical status of heart failure in children in China, in order to promote a better understanding of heart failure in children; 2. To explore the diagnostic criteria of pediatric heart failure, construct clinical prediction models and diagnostic models, and provide references for the accurate treatment of pediatric heart failure; 3. To explore the development and application of a chronic disease management platform or tool for pediatric heart failure.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.心衰组：（1）入院时间不符；（2）问卷数据缺失值≥20%；（3）诊断不明确或疑诊病例； 2.非心衰组：合并肿瘤、免疫系统疾病或遗传代谢性疾病的患儿。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Heart failure group: (1) Admission time discrepancy; (2) Questionnaire data missing value >= 20%; (3) Unclear or suspected diagnosis cases; 2. Non-heart failure group: children with combined tumor, immune system disease or genetic metabolic disease.
