探究胸椎旁间隙注射富血小板血浆治疗带状疱疹性神经痛的有效性及安全性。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the efficacy and safety of PRP injection in PVB in patients with PHN.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有PRP使用禁忌的患者； 2.合并肿瘤、血液系统﹑严重心、肺、肝、肾功能不全、凝血功能障碍等； 3.急性全身感染者； 4.激光照射部位有开放性伤口，穿刺部位有皮肤损害或局部感染者； 5.本研究所使用药物过敏或其它不适宜行神经根阻滞的病人； 6.其他原因不适合本研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with contraindications to the use of PRP; 2. Combination of tumour, haematological system, severe cardiac, pulmonary, hepatic and renal insufficiency, coagulation dysfunction, etc; 3. Acute systemic infection; 4. Patients with open wounds at the laser irradiation site, skin damage or local infection at the puncture site; 5. Patients who are allergic to the drugs used in this study or other patients who are not suitable for nerve block; 6. Patients who are not suitable for this study for other reasons.
