研究目的：

相对于卧床休息，内服止痛药如芬必得、阿司匹林、保泰松以及肾上腺皮质激素等手段相比，蒙医温针治疗对于坐骨神经痛患者的炎症吸收、神经组织修复具有积极意义。近年来，蒙医温针治疗腰椎间突出所致坐骨神经痛取得了较好的临床疗效。但由于缺乏设计严谨的RCT试验研究，临床研究方法不够完善，使得研究结果的可靠性与论证强度尚未达到应有的信服程度。本研究通过蒙医温针对坐骨神经痛的干预性临床试验来验证其有效性和安全性。

Objectives of Study：

Compared with bed rest, oral painkillers such as fenbid, aspirin, phenylbutazone and adrenal cortex hormones and other means，Mongolian medical treatment for sciatica patients with inflammatory absorption, nerve tissue repair has a positive meaning. In recent years, Mongolian Warming treatment of lumbar intervertebral herniation caused by sciatica achieved good clinical efficacy. However, due to the lack of rigorous design of RCT test, clinical research methods are not perfect, making the reliability of the results and demonstration strength has not yet reached the degree of convincing. In this study, we examined the efficacy and safety of interferon clinical trials of sclerotinia by Mongolian medicine.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合纳入标准者；2.不合作者，包括不能坚持治疗或加用其他治疗，影响资料收集和疗效评定者；3.孕妇、病情危笃或疾病晚期患者；4.其他不符合内蒙古医科大学医学伦理委员会关于医学临床试验相关规定的。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the inclusion criteria;
2. Non-co-operatives, including those who can not adhere to treatment or use other treatment, affect the data collection and evaluation of the efficacy of;
3. Pregnant women, critically ill or disease patients;
4. Other do not meet the Inner Mongolia Medical University Medical Ethics Committee on the relevant provisions of medical clinical trials.

利用SAS 9.2统计学软件生成由150个随机数组成的分组数列。根据性别分层随机。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

An independent researcher who will not be involved in this research produces 120 random numbers and divides the 120 numbers into 2 allocation sequences using SAS 9.2 software, with one sequence of 75 numbers for male subjects, and the other sequence of 75 numbers for female subjects.

Blinding：	Though the 4 acupuncturists can differentiate between real and sham acupuncture, they are not allowed to reveal information about treatment allocation or treatment outcomes to both the subjects and assessors. 3 assessors are blinded to treatment allocation.
