Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy and safety of Kudingcha extract in adult overweight subjects

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）不符合以上诊断标准和纳入标准者； （2）使用精神活性物质，药物滥用和依赖者； （3）对本研究所用的干预物组分曾发生过敏者； （4）处于妊娠、哺乳期的妇女，或有备孕需求者； （5）继发性肥胖； （6）合并糖尿病（糖尿病前期除外）、心脏疾病、肝肾功能不全、精神疾病、全身感染性疾病、胃肠道疾病者； （7）存在影响身高体重测量的肢体畸形或残缺； （8）筛选前6个月内有酗酒史者； （9）筛选前6个月采取任何减重措施或药物治疗者； （10）其他研究者判断的不适合参加试验的因素存在。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Those who do not meet the above inclusion criteria; (2) Use of psychoactive substances, drug abuse and dependence; (3) People who have had allergies to the components of the intervention used in this study; (4) Women who are pregnant or breastfeeding, or those who need to prepare for pregnancy; (5) Secondary obesity; (6) Patients with diabetes (except pre-diabetes), heart disease, liver and kidney insufficiency, mental disease, systemic infectious disease, gastrointestinal disease; (7) There is a deformity or deformity of the limb that affects the measurement of height and weight; (8) Those with a history of alcohol abuse within 6 months prior to screening; (9) Those who have taken any weight loss measures or medication in the 6 months prior to screening; (10) Factors judged by other researchers to be unsuitable for participation in the experiment exist

对本组志愿者进行饮食指导，保持规律三餐饮食，保证每日至少2000ml的饮水量，同时需要戒酒，不饮用其他茶饮品，保持作息规律、有舒畅心情，避免熬夜、强烈精神压力，坚持每日30分钟的舒缓运动。若伴有前期糖尿病、高血压、高血脂等疾病应积极治疗原发病，并记录合并用药情况。在此基础上，服用安慰剂，口服，1次/日。
