研究目的：

通过VR技术让患者处于三维立体的虚拟环境进行造口护理操作技能的练习，使患者充分掌握肠造口的相关知识，提高肠造口患者的自我护理能力、生活质量和造口适应水平等，降低造口相关并发症的发生情况。

Objectives of Study：

VR technology allows patients to practice stoma nursing operation skills in a three-dimensional virtual environment, so that patients can fully master the relevant knowledge of enterostomy, improve the self-care ability, quality of life and stoma adaptation level of patients with enterostomy, and reduce the occurrence of stoma related complications.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

有严重认知障碍、无法正常交流；处于其他基础疾病急性期，合并严重心、脑、肾器官功能障碍。

Exclusion criteria：

Severe cognitive impairment and inability to communicate normally; They were in the acute stage of other underlying diseases with severe heart, brain and kidney organ dysfunction.

干预措施：	在对照组常规护理的基础上，针对肠造口患者不同程度的造口护理知识和护理技能的了解掌握情况进行预见性的护理，并且利用VR全场景模拟体感装置对患者进行针对性的造口护理训练。结合临床患者术后实际情况，患者术后第三天进行训练，连续5天，每天40min，上午下午均可。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	On the basis of routine nursing in the control group, predictive nursing was carried out according to the different degrees of understanding and mastering of stoma nursing knowledge and nursing skills of patients with enterostomy, and the VR full-scene simulation somatosensory device was used to carry out targeted stoma nursing training for patients. Combined with the actual situation of the patients after surgery, the patients were trained on the third day after surgery, for 5 consecutive days, 40 minutes a day, in the morning and afternoon.
