研究目的：

探索热应激环境下人体肠道菌群的变化及其相关生理、心理状态的变化，为进一步验证肠菌移植对驻训官兵热习服的促进作用及相关作用机制，创新性地通过调控肠道微生态平衡以实现维护高热高湿环境下驻训官兵的机体健康和作战效能提供临床依据。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the changes in human gut microbiota and their related physiological and psychological states under heat stress environment, in order to further verify the promoting effect and related mechanisms of gut microbiota transplantation on thermal acclimatization of stationed officers and soldiers, and to innovatively regulate the balance of gut microbiota to maintain the physical health and combat effectiveness of stationed officers and soldiers in high heat and high humidity environments, providing clinical basis.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1）自身免疫病史、消化系统手术史；2）特异反应性疾病，如湿疹、哮喘和胃肠道嗜酸性细胞相关疾病等；3）最近3个月内使用抗生素、导致肠道微生态紊乱的药物以及任何免疫抑制剂。

Exclusion criteria：

1) History of autoimmune diseases and digestive system surgery; 2) Specific reactive diseases, such as eczema, asthma, and gastrointestinal eosinophil related diseases; 3) The use of antibiotics, drugs that cause disruption of intestinal microbiota, and any immunosuppressants within the past three months.
