研究目的：

探讨不同鞋重对变向旋转起跳对高台着地反弹跳运动能力的影响，不同鞋重引起的力矩、角度、功率，速度等参数的改变是否会对高台着地后变向剪切动作造成影响，增加运动损伤的风险。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the impact of different shoe weights on the variable shear motion after landing on a high platform, and whether changes in parameters such as torque, angle, power, and speed caused by different shoe weights will affect the variable shear motion after landing on a high platform, increasing the risk of sports injury.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.高血压患者； 2.下肢有伤病无法完成快速移动要求者； 3.有中风、严重心脏病、糖尿病、神经肌肉疾患，以致无法参与身体活动者； 4.心律不整、配带心律调节器、严重心血管疾病者； 5.癫痫、类风湿性关节炎者； 6.近六个月植入人工关节、近期手术者； 7.实验前24小时内有从事剧烈运动或有肌肉酸痛情形者； 8.实验期间因其他原因造成身体不适者； 9.过度肥胖者 BMI>30，且受试者体重超过100公斤。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with hypertension; 2. Individuals with lower limb injuries who are unable to complete rapid movement requirements; 3. Those who have stroke, serious heart disease, diabetes, neuromuscular diseases, and are unable to participate in physical activities; 4. Individuals with irregular heart rhythm, equipped with rhythm regulators, and severe cardiovascular diseases; 5. People with epilepsy and rheumatoid arthritis; 6. Artificial joint implantation in the past six months and recent surgery; 7. Those who engage in intense exercise or experience muscle soreness within 24 hours before the experiment; 8. Individuals who experience physical discomfort due to other reasons during the experiment; 9. Obese individuals with a BMI > 30 and subjects weighing over 100 kilograms.
