研究杜仲叶提取物干预高尿酸血症人群的有效性及安全性

Objectives of Study：

To study the efficacy and safety of Eucommia ulmoides leaf extract in patients with hyperuricemia

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不符合以上诊断标准和纳入标准者； 2.因恶性肿瘤、肾脏疾病、糖尿病或其他疾病，治疗方法所致继发性 HUA 者； 3.急性痛风性关节炎发作期，有关节红肿热痛症状者； 4.使用水杨酸盐类、速尿类、噻嗪类等影响 SUA 代谢药物者； 5.近期拟行手术者； 6.患有严重心血管疾病者； 7.重度肾损害者（ClScr<30ml/min）和∕或重度肝损害者（Child-Pugh C 级）； 8.使用精神活性物质，药物滥用和依赖者； 9.近期有过量饮酒史或酗酒史者； 10.对本研究所用的干预物组分曾发生过敏者； 11.未按规定服用干预物，无法判断疗效，或资料不全等影响疗效或安全性判断者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who do not meet the above diagnostic criteria and inclusion criteria; 2. Secondary HUA caused by malignant tumor, kidney disease, diabetes or other diseases and treatment methods; 3. During the acute gouty arthritis attack period, there are symptoms of joint redness, swelling, heat, and pain; 4. Those who use drugs such as salicylates, furosemide, and thiazide that affect SUA metabolism; 5. Those who plan to undergo surgery in the near future; 6. Individuals with severe cardiovascular disease; 7. Patients with severe kidney damage (ClScr<30ml/min) and/or severe liver damage (Child Pugh C grade); 8. Use of psychoactive substances, drug abuse and dependence; 9. Individuals with a recent history of excessive drinking or alcoholism; 10. Individuals who have experienced allergies to the intervention components used in this study; 11. Those who have not taken the intervention according to regulations, cannot judge the efficacy, or have incomplete data that affects the efficacy or safety judgment.

干预措施：	对本组志愿者进行饮食指导，限制动物内脏、啤酒、含糖饮料等高嘌呤食物摄入，保持规律三餐饮食，保证每日至少2000ml的饮水量，同时需要戒酒，保持作息规律、有舒畅心情，避免熬夜、强烈精神压力，坚持每日30分钟的舒缓运动。若志愿者伴有高血压、高血脂等疾病应积极治疗原发病，并记录合并用药情况。在此基础上服用安慰剂，口服，1次/日，晚饭半小时后服用。	干预措施代码：
Intervention：	The volunteers in this group were given dietary guidance, limiting the intake of high-purine foods such as animal organs, beer and sugary drinks, maintaining three regular meals and ensuring at least 2000ml of water per day. At the same time, they were required to stop drinking, maintain regular work and rest, have a good mood, avoid staying up late and strong mental pressure, and adhere to 30 minutes of soothing exercise every day. If the volunteers are accompanied by hypertension, hyperlipidemia and other diseases, the primary disease should be actively treated, and the combined drug use should be recorded. On this basis, a placebo was taken orally, once a day, half an hour after dinner.	Intervention code：
