研究目的：

开发和验证简短言语干预以提升流感疫苗接种率。具体为以下3个子目标： （1）探索我国影响流感疫苗接种的障碍因素； （2）针对障碍因素，开发简短言语干预以提升流感疫苗接种率； （3）验证简短言语干预提升流感疫苗接种率的效果。  

Objectives of Study：

To develop and validate a brief speech intervention to enhance influenza vaccination rates. Specifically, the following 3 sub-objectives: (1) To explore the barriers to influenza vaccination in China; (2) To develop a brief speech intervention to enhance influenza vaccination rates by targeting the barrier factors; (3) To validate the effectiveness of a brief verbal intervention to increase influenza vaccination rates.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对于医疗机构，排除标准为： （1）曾参与其他流感疫苗接种率提升相关研究的医疗机构； （2）医疗机构内仅有1名预防接种人员。 2.对于研究对象，排除标准为： （1）前往医疗机构接种流感疫苗的群众； （2）在当前流感流行季节已经接种过流感疫苗的群众。

Exclusion criteria：

1. For medical institutions, the exclusion criteria will be: (1) Medical institutions that had participated in other studies related to the improvement of influenza vaccination rates; (2) Medical institutions with only one vaccinator in the medical institution. 2. For study participants, the exclusion criteria will be: (1) People who are going to medical institutions for influenza vaccination; (2) People who had already received influenza vaccination during the current influenza epidemic season.

医疗机构采取目的性抽样，每个城市在可协调的医疗机构中，在城市或农村地区分别抽取1个基层医疗机构，共抽取2家医疗机构； 干预执行者采取目的性抽样，每个医疗机构以干预执行者的工作年限为主要目的进行抽取，共抽取2名负责疫苗信息登记的医务人员且随机分为干预组和对照组； 研究对象入组采取随机抽样，由独立的统计学家生成随机列表，由研究者或指定授权人员按照随机列表将受试者分配到干预组和对照组中的一个，获取唯一的随机入组编号。

Healthcare facilities were sampled purposively, with 1 primary care facilities in each city among the coordinable healthcare facilities in either urban or rural areas, for a total of 2 healthcare facilities; Intervention implementers will be sampled purposively, with each medical institution sampled with the intervention implementer's years of experience as the main purpose, and a total of 2 medical personnel will be selected; Subject enrollment was by random sampling, where a random list was generated by an independent statistician, and a unique random enrollment number was obtained by the researcher or a designated authorized person who assigned subjects to one of the intervention and control groups according to the random list.
