研究目的:

主要目的:通过前期循证构建临床神经源性膀胱管理方案,同时结合患者需求设计基于APP的神经源性膀胱数字疗法慢病管理平台,通过神经网络进行大数据建模,形成智能决策模型,实现疗程内病情智能分析以及、处方自调整等功能;强化学习则用于建立和患者交互互动的智能体。 次要目的:基于神经网络模型进行适应症的预测及管理。从而为神经源性膀胱患者提供个性化的、科学的膀胱管理建议,为后期实现NB监测、预防、管理到远程干预的一站式疾病管理模式奠定基础。  

Objectives of Study:

Primary purpose: To build a clinical neurogenic bladder management program through the pre-evidence-based, and at the same time combined with the needs of patients to design APP-based neurogenic bladder digital therapy chronic disease management platform, through the neural network for big data modeling, the formation of intelligent decision-making model, to achieve intelligent analysis of the condition in the course of the treatment, as well as, self-adjustment of the prescription, etc.; Reinforcement learning is used to establish the interactive interaction and patient interaction of the intelligent body. Secondary objective: To predict and manage indications based on neural network modeling. Thus, providing personalized and scientific bladder management suggestions for neurogenic bladder patients, and laying the foundation for a one-stop disease management model of NB monitoring, prevention, management to remote intervention at a later stage.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

1.患者伴有严重言语、认知障碍、合并有严重的心、肺疾患; 2.既往有尿道损伤、排尿通路不畅者; 3.检查存在严重尿路感染者; 4.进行过尿路改道术、装有尿道支架或假体者; 5.每天摄入大量液体(饮食、输液)及不能控制液体摄入者等。

Exclusion criteria:

1. Patients with severe speech, cognitive impairment, and comorbid serious cardiac and pulmonary disorders; 2. Those with previous urethral injury and poor urinary access; 3. Examination of the presence of severe urinary tract infection; 4. Those who have undergone urethral diversion surgery, equipped with urethral stents or prostheses; 5. Those who consume a large amount of fluids daily (diet, infusion) and those who are unable to control their fluid intake.
