研究目的：

1.通过分析早中期及晚期结直肠癌患者无病生存期及总生存期结果，优化晚期结直肠癌中西医并重方案的受益人群判别预测模型；并以此为基础，明确早中期中西并重方案受益人群的特征及各因素间相关性，进一步分析数据的关键影响因素，建立早中期的受益人群判别预测模型。 2.通过回顾性临床诊疗与预后数据挖掘，建立早中期结直肠癌患者、晚期结直肠癌患者动态治疗策略模型，通过前瞻性观察，进行模型的验证与完善，寻找针对个性化医疗的适宜治疗策略。 3.在中西医结合肿瘤综合诊治平台搭载上述受益人群判别预测模型、动态治疗策略模型，实现合作医院间的信息与技术分享，推广应用模型，优化诊疗方案，实现诊疗路径的不断完善。

Objectives of Study：

1.By analyzing the disease-free survival and overall survival results of early, mid, and late stage colorectal cancer patients, optimize the discriminant prediction model for the beneficiary population of the combination of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for late stage colorectal cancer; Based on this, clarify the characteristics of the beneficiary population and the correlation between various factors in the early and middle stages of the plan of balancing China and the West, further analyze the key influencing factors of the data, and establish a discriminant prediction model for the beneficiary population in the early and middle stages. 2. Establish a dynamic treatment strategy model for early to mid stage colorectal cancer patients and advanced colorectal cancer patients through retrospective clinical diagnosis, treatment, and prognosis data mining. Through prospective observation, validate and improve the model, and find suitable treatment strategies for personalized healthcare. 3.On the integrated diagnosis and treatment platform of traditional Chinese and Western medicine for tumors, the above beneficiary population discrimination prediction model and dynamic treatment strategy model are equipped to achieve information and technology sharing among cooperative hospitals, promote application models, optimize diagnosis and treatment plans, and continuously improve diagnosis and treatment paths.
