研究目的：

研究功能性磁共振成像（DWI-IVIM、BOLD）在糖尿病肾病中应用的可行性，探索影像学数据与临床生化指标间的联系，再通过随访观察不同影像学数据的患者预后的差别，从而判断功能性磁共振检查评估糖尿病肾病预后的价值。  

Objectives of Study：

Study the application feasibility of functional magnetic resonance imaging (DWI-IVIM,BOLD)in diabetic kidney disease,and explore the relationship between imaging data and clinical biochemical indicators, through follow-up to found the differences in prognosis of different imaging data, so as to determine the value of functional magnetic resonance imaging to assess the prognosis of diabetic nephropathy.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.高血压3级（血压>180/110mmHg）；
2.肾脏B超提示有多发肾结石、或单个结石>3mm；
3.肾脏B超提示有多发肾囊肿、或单个囊肿>3mm；
4.严重肾积水，肾脏显影不清；
5.生化数据欠缺过多

Exclusion criteria：

1. Hypertension 3 grade (blood pressure >180/110mmHg);
2. Multiple renal calculi, or solitary stones>3mm;
3. Multiple renal cysts, or solitary cysts>3mm;
4. Severe hydronephrosis, unclear renal development;
5. Incompleted biochemical data.
