对2型糖尿病合并非酒精性脂肪肝患者使用三种不同降糖方案的成本效果进行经济学评价  

Objectives of Study：

Cost effectiveness of three different hypoglycemic regimens for type 2 diabetes patients with nonalcoholic fatty liver disease was evaluated economically

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.1型糖尿病、妊娠期糖尿病或其他特殊类型的糖尿病； 2.有明显肝、肾功能异常； 3.曾行减重手术或使用已知可导致肝脏脂肪变性的药物(胺碘酮、丙戊酸盐、三苯氧胺、甲氨蝶呤、类固醇等)； 4.干预开始后更换抗糖尿病药物的患者； 5.HIV检测阳性者； 6.有精神疾病史，不能配合本项目研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Type 1 diabetes, gestational diabetes or other special types of diabetes; 2. Significant liver and kidney dysfunction; 3. Having undergone weight loss surgery or using drugs known to cause liver steatosis (amiodarone, valproate, tamoxifen, methotrexate, steroids, etc.); 4. Patients who changed anti diabetes drugs after the intervention began; 5. HIV positive individuals; 6. Patients with a history of mental illness who cannot cooperate with this project's research.
