研究目的：

本研究通过横断面研究调查手术室性骚扰现状，并分析相关影响因素。为手术室护理人员合理应对性骚扰，及管理者政策制定提供参考，以保障手术室护理人员权益，提升员工满意度和工作积极性。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, a cross-sectional study was conducted to investigate the current situation of sexual harassment in operating room and analyze the related influencing factors. To provide a reference for operating room nurses to reasonably deal with sexual harassment and managers to formulate policies, so as to protect the rights and interests of operating room nurses and improve staff satisfaction and work enthusiasm.
