研究目的：

研究艾司氯胺酮在小儿下肢矫形术后疼痛管理中的应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the application of Esketamine in pain management after pediatric lower limb orthopedic surgery.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有未经控制的基础性疾病； 2.同时行双侧马蹄内翻足手术； 3.对本研究药物过敏； 4.发育迟缓、智力障碍、无法与医护人员进行正常沟通； 5.肝肾功能异常； 6.近1月内服用过精神级镇痛类药物； 7.有艾司氯胺酮禁忌，如甲亢、癫痫等病史； 8.近2周有呼吸道感染史。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Having uncontrolled underlying diseases; 2. Simultaneously perform bilateral talipes equinovarus surgery; 3. Allergy to the drug in this study; 4. Delayed development, intellectual disability, inability to communicate normally with medical staff; 5. Abnormal liver and kidney function; 6. Have taken mental grade analgesics within the past month; 7. Having a history of contraindications to esketamine, such as hyperthyroidism, epilepsy, etc.; 8. Have a history of respiratory tract infection in the past 2 weeks.
