研究目的：

观察原发性闭角型青光眼术前、术后1天、术后1周、术后个1月、术后3个月Schlemm氏管形态学的变化，为抗青光眼手术提供理论依据。  

Objectives of Study：

To observe the morphological changes of Schlemm's canal before, 1 day after, 1 week after, 1 month after and 3 months after primary angle-closure glaucoma, and to provide theoretical basis for anti-glaucoma surgery.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.其他眼科疾病或外伤引起的继发性青光眼； 2.非青光眼性视神经病变； 3.有眼部其他病史 、眼部外伤史、 眼科手术史； 4.不能配合检查者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Secondary glaucoma caused by other ophthalmic diseases or trauma; 2. Non-glaucoma optic neuropathy; 3. Other eye history, eye injury history and eye surgery history; 4. Those who cannot cooperate with the inspectors.
