研究目的:

基于 CKD 患者饮食管理循证医学证据建立非透析CKD患者饮食管理路径,并通过随机对照试验验证该路径对改善非透析CKD患者血清白蛋白、血清前白蛋白、营养评定、衰弱程度、肾功能、电解质和血红蛋白的效果。  

Objectives of Study:

Development of a dietary management pathway for non dialysis CKD patients based on evidence-based medical evidence, and determine the effectiveness of this pathway in improving serum albumin, serum prealbumin, nutritional assessment, degree of weakness, renal function, electrolytes, and hemoglobin in non dialysis CKD patients through randomized controlled trials.

纳入标准:

Inclusion criteria

排除标准:

(1)确诊以下疾病:精神障碍性疾病、阿尔兹海默症、血管性痴呆、胃肠道疾病、肝脏疾病失代偿期、甲状腺功能亢进、恶性肿瘤、恶液(病)质; (2)妊娠和围产期; (3)管饲饮食; (4)全肠外营养; (5)肠梗阻; (6)肾移植病史; (7)接受透析治疗,包括腹膜透析和血液透析; (8)目前正参与其他干预性研究。

Exclusion criteria:

(1) Diagnose the following diseases: mental disorders, Alzheimer's disease, vascular dementia, gastrointestinal diseases, decompensated liver diseases, hyperthyroidism, malignant tumors, and cachexia; (2) Pregnancy and perinatal period; (3) Tube feeding; (4) Total parenteral nutrition; (5) Intestinal obstruction; (6) History of kidney transplantation; (7) Receiving dialysis treatment, including peritoneal dialysis and hemodialysis; (8) Currently participating in other intervention studies.

Intervention:

The diet management pathway intervention for non dialysis CKD patients will be added on the basis of routine diagnosis, treatment and nursing services. The intervention will be implemented after the completion of the unified training of relevant personnel, and the chronic disease management specialist nurses and diabetes specialist nurses will serve as clinical implementers.
