研究目的：

通过对受试者进行问卷评分、干眼临床指标检查、泪液采集、血液采集和进行Hcy的检测，将最终结果进行对比研究，评估Hcy与干眼的相关性，为干眼的发生发展机制研究提供基础。

Objectives of Study：

Through questionnaire scoring, dry eye clinical indicators examination, tear collection, blood collection and Hcy detection of the subjects, the final results were compared to evaluate the correlation between Hcy and dry eye, and provide a basis for the study of the occurrence and development mechanism of dry eye.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对试验试剂中任何成分过敏者； 2.近1个月内眼表活动期感染或眼表感染者； 3.近1个月内接受过眼部手术或外伤者； 4.严重感染、肿瘤、同型半胱氨酸尿症、甲状腺功能异常者； 5.明确冠脉支架植入术后和或冠状动脉性心脏病； 6.明确青光眼、糖尿病性视网膜病变； 7.合并严重心、脑血管、肝、肾及造血系统等严重原发病； 8.使用维生素B12和或叶酸补充剂者； 9.孕妇或哺乳期女性； 10.研究者认为有任何不适合参加试验理由者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Allergic to any component of the test reagent; 2. Active ocular surface infection or ocular surface infection within the past 1 month; 3. Received eye surgery or external injury within the last 1 month; 4. Severe infection, tumor, homocysteinuria, abnormal thyroid function; 5. Identify post-stenting and/or coronary heart disease; 6. Clear glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy; 7. Severe primary diseases such as heart, cerebrovascular, liver, kidney and hematopoietic system; 8. Use vitamin B12 and or folic acid supplements; 9. Pregnant or lactating women; 10. The researcher thinks that there are any reasons not suitable to participate in the experiment.
