研究目的：

心脏性猝死（SCD）是冠心病血运重建后患者主要死因，目前临床难以有效识别高危患者。该课题设计类型为多中心、双向队列观察性研究。本课题研究结果将作为冠心病PCI后植入埋藏式心律转复除颤器（ICD）预防SCD提供重要依据，挽救SCD高危患者生命，提高ICD治疗效能，节约医疗资源。  

Objectives of Study：

Sudden cardiac death (SCD) is the main cause of death in patients with coronary heart disease after revascularization. At present, it is difficult to effectively identify high-risk patients in clinic. The design type of this topic is multicenter and bidirectional cohort observational research. The results of this study will provide an important basis for implantable cardioverter defibrillator (ICD) to prevent SCD after PCI, save the lives of high-risk patients with SCD, improve the efficacy of ICD treatment and save medical resources.

排除标准：

回顾性研究： 排除标准： 符合以下任一排除标准的受试者将被排除出本研究： 患者之前曾植入或目前植入 ICD 或 CRT-D 前瞻性研究： 排除标准： 符合以下任一排除标准的受试者将被排除出本研究： 患者之前曾植入或目前植入 ICD 或 CRT-D 患者的预期寿命不足 12 个月

Exclusion criteria：

Retrospective study: Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following exclusion criteria will be excluded from this study: The patient has implanted ICD or CRT-D before or at present. Prospective study: Exclusion criteria: Subjects who meet any of the following exclusion criteria will be excluded from this study: The patient has implanted ICD or CRT-D before or at present. The life expectancy of patients is less than 12 months.
