研究目的：

本文通过对原发性痛经女性分别进行单独的MTrPs针治疗、MTrPs针刺治疗联合腹部拉伸治疗，以及传统的微波+TDP联合拉伸治疗，展开对照组实验，其研究目的是为了比较不同治疗方法的疗效，以验证MTrPs针治疗联合腹部拉伸是否能够显著提高女运动员PDM的治疗效果。该对照组实验设计的好处是能够排除其他可能干扰结果的因素。通过将不同的治疗方法应用于具有相同特征的不同组，可以直接测量不同治疗组之间的差异并确定哪一种治疗方法的疗效最佳。同时，该实验还可以了解参与治疗的女性运动员在多种治疗方案的前后身体感受和生理变化程度是否存在重大差异，从而评估治疗的质量和有效性。

Objectives of Study：

In this study, the women with primary dysmenorrhea were treated with MTrPs acupuncture alone, MTrPs acupuncture combined with abdominal stretching therapy, and traditional microwave plus TDP combined with abdominal stretching therapy, the aim of this study was to compare the therapeutic effects of different therapies on PDM in female athletes, and to verify whether MTrPs acupuncture combined with abdominal stretching could significantly improve the therapeutic effect of PDM in female athletes. The advantage of this control design is that it eliminates other factors that may interfere with the results. By applying different treatments to different groups with the same characteristics, it is possible to directly measure differences between different treatment groups and determine which treatment is most effective. At the same time, the experiment can also find out whether there are significant differences in the degree of changes in body sensation and physiology between the female athletes before and after various treatment regimens, so as to evaluate the quality and effectiveness of treatment.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.存在生殖系统疾病（如子宫肌瘤、子宫内膜异位症等）或其他严重疾病； 2.在研究过程中出现严重不良反应或并发症； 3.在研究过程中无法完成治疗计划； 4.未遵守研究方案或失去随访联系。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Existence of reproductive system diseases (such as uterine fibroids, endometriosis, etc.) or other serious diseases; 2. Serious adverse reactions or complications occur during the research process; 3. Unable to complete the treatment plan during the research process; 4. Failure to follow the research protocol or loss of follow-up contact.
