建立与评估基于深度学习的人工智能系统在眼表疾病中的诊断应用。  

Objectives of Study：

To establish and evaluate the application of artificial intelligence system based on deep learning in the diagnosis of ocular surface diseases.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 合并有精神病、认知功能障碍、心脑血管意外、恶性心律失常、重要脏器功能不全者。全身结缔组织疾病及严重自身免疫性疾病，如：类风湿关节炎、结节病、红斑狼疮、甲状腺炎等。全身及眼部手术史、外伤史或其余疾病需长期使用滴眼液者； 2. 受试者拒绝签署知情同意书。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with psychosis, cognitive dysfunction, cardio-cerebrovascular accident, malignant arrhythmia, and dysfunction of important organs. Systemic connective tissue diseases and serious autoimmune diseases, such as rheumatoid arthritis, sarcoidosis, lupus erythematosus, thyroiditis, etc. Patients with a history of systemic or ocular surgery, trauma or other diseases requiring long-term use of eye drops; 2. The subject refused to sign the informed consent.

诊断试验：

Diagnostic Tests：

金标准或参考标准（即可准确诊断某疾病的单项方法或多项联合方法，在本研究中用于诊断是否有该病的临床参考标准）：

有5年及以上临床经验的眼科医生对参与者进行裂隙灯检查并诊断，必要时结合最佳矫正视力、眼压、OCT、荧光染色、共聚焦、角膜地形图等辅助检查得出最终诊断。

Gold Standard or Reference Standard (The clinical reference standards required to establish the presence or absence of the target condition in the tested population in present study):

An outpatient ophthalmologist with at least 5 years of clinical experience will inquiry participants and examine both eyes with the slit lamp to arrive at a diagnosis. If necessary, the clinical consultation will also include best corrected visual acuity (BCVA), intra-ocular pressure (IOP), optical coherence tomography, confocal, corneal topography.

基于眼表照片，角膜地形图和角膜共聚焦等检查，通过眼科医生和人工智能模型对比，得到参与者眼部的评估结果。

Index test:

Based on ocular surface photos, corneal topography and corneal confocal examination, the evaluation results of participants' eyes were obtained by comparing ophthalmologists with artificial intelligence models.

目标人群（可以是某种疾病患者或正常人群，详细描述其疾病特征，注意应纳入符合分布特点的全序列病例，具有良好的代表性）

诊断为眼表疾病：翼状胬肉、感染性角膜炎、结膜炎、圆锥角膜、屈光手术后干眼受试者等
