研究目的：

本研究的目的是分析和探讨单个后牙缺牙区角化龈宽度及厚度的变化特征，并分析影响角化龈变化的相关因素。  

Objectives of Study：

The purpose of this study is to analyze and explore the characteristics of changes in KGW and KGT after tooth missing in the single posterior edentulous area, and to analyze the relevant factors that affect the changes in KG.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、当前或计划怀孕 2、不受控制的全身性疾病 3、目前或历史使用口服或静脉注射双膦酸盐 4、放射治疗史 5、需要积极牙周治疗 6、前牙区缺牙 7、邻牙位置不正常，扭转，倾斜，移位等 8、口腔卫生差

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Current or planned pregnancy (2) Uncontrolled systemic diseases (3) Current or historical use of oral or intravenous bisphosphonates (4) History of radiotherapy (5) Need active periodontal treatment (6) Missing teeth in anterior tooth area (7) Abnormal position of adjacent teeth, torsion, inclination, displacement etc. (8) Poor oral hygiene

数据采集和管理（说明：数据采集和管理由两部分组成，一为病例记录表(Case Record Form, CRF)，二为电子采集和管理系统(Electronic Data Capture, EDC)，如ResMan即为一种基于互联网的EDC：

1.实验数据通过伦理审查后经临床测量统计，将由专人（口腔种植科王宇副主任医师负责保管），分析所用软硬件均为院内网电脑，无流出至外网风险。 2.数据处理严格按照纳入标准及排除标准，缺失数据、未用数据和不合逻辑数据将按排除标准排除。 3.明确定义用于统计分析的受试者数据集。 4.有关受试者身份的所有记录均予以保密，并且在相关法律和/或法规允许的范围之外这些资料不对外公开。

Data collection and Management (A standard data collection and management system include a CRF and an electronic data capture：

1. After ethical review, the experimental data was statistically analyzed through clinical measurements and kept by a dedicated person (Deputy Chief Physician Wang Yu of the Dental Implant Department). The software and hardware used for analysis are all internal network computers, and there is no risk of leakage to external networks. 2. Data processing strictly follows the inclusion and exclusion criteria, and missing, unused, and illogical data will be excluded according to the exclusion criteria. 3. Clearly define the subject dataset used for statistical analysis. 4. All records related to the identity of the subjects shall be kept confidential and shall not be disclosed to the public beyond the scope permitted by relevant laws and/or regulations.
