研究目的：

（1）确定血清rT3等甲状腺激素指标动态变化情况在预测危重症患者结局中的作用；（2）建立rT3联合其他甲状腺激素指标、炎症指标、BNP以及APACHE II评分系统对危重症患者预后的多指标预测模型；（3）确定危重症患者早期血清rT3在ESS诊断中的最佳临界值；（4）建立血清rT3与其他甲状腺激素指标（血清fT3、fT4等）及其他血液生化指标（炎症指标、BNP）联合诊断危重症患者ESS的多指标模型。

Objectives of Study：

1.To determine the role of dynamic changes of serum rT3 and other thyroid hormone indexes in predicting the outcome of critically ill patients; 2.To establish a multi-indicator prediction model of rT3 combined with other thyroid hormone indexes, inflammatory indexes, BNP and APACHE II scoring system for the prognosis of critically ill patients; 3.To determine the optimal threshold value of serum rT3 in the early diagnosis of ESS in critically ill patients; 4.To establish a multi-indicator model for the combined diagnosis of ESS in critically ill patients with serum rT3, other thyroid hormone indexes (serum fT3, fT4, etc.) and other blood biochemical indexes (inflammatory indexes, BNP).

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

（1）近一个月内服用过含碘药物（如碘化物、含碘片等）、影响甲状腺激素水平药物（如甲状腺片、抗甲状腺药等）；（2）妊娠及哺乳期妇女；（3）因家属放弃治疗离院或死亡患者；（4）恶性肿瘤晚期患者或处于不可复苏的临终状态患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.Have taken iodine-containing drugs (such as iodides, iodine-containing tablets, etc.), drugs that affect thyroid hormone levels (such as thyroid tablets, anti-thyroid drugs, etc.) within the past month 2.Pregnant and lactating women; 3.Patients who leave hospital or die because their family members give up treatment; 4.Patients with advanced malignant tumors or in non-resuscitable terminal state.
