研究目的：

本研究将运动控制单独列出，在 ACLR 术后早期就介入运动控制训练，以期探索运动控制训练对 ACLR 患者术后下肢功能、膝关节稳定性等的影响，为临床康复工作提供参考，为前交叉韧带重建术后患者的功能恢复提供帮助。  

Objectives of Study：

In this study, motion control was listed separately, and motion control training was implemented early after ACLR surgery, in order to explore the effects of motion control training on postoperative lower limb function and knee joint stability of ACLR patients, so as to provide reference for clinical rehabilitation work and help for functional recovery of patients after anterior cruciate ligament reconstruction.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1) 合并其他韧带损伤及骨折 2) 存在心脑血管等严重内科疾病、骨质疏松等运动禁忌 3) 既往存在膝关节损伤或手术史 4) 中枢神经或周围神经损害史

Exclusion criteria：

1) combined with other ligament injuries and fractures 2) There are serious medical diseases such as cardiovascular and cerebrovascular diseases, and exercise contraindications such as osteoporosis 3) previous knee injury or surgery history 4) history of central or peripheral nerve damage
