研究目的：

主要研究目的：观察健康人与特发性脊柱侧凸患者在不同感觉情况下静态姿势控制表现的差异。次要研究目的：探究特发性脊柱侧凸患者依赖不同感觉维持静态站立平衡时双侧背外侧前额叶皮层(DLPFC)、双侧前额叶（PFC）、体感皮层（Somatosensory Cortex）及体感联合皮层（Somatosensory Association Cortex）的激活和脑网络连接特点。

Objectives of Study：

Primary purpose: to investigate the differences in static posture control performance between healthy individuals and individuals with idiopathic scoliosis in response to various sensory modalities. Secondary objective: to explore the activation and network connectivity characteristics of bilateral dorsal lateral prefrontal cortex (DLPFC), bilateral prefrontal cortex (PFC), somatosensory cortex (somatosensory association cortex) and somatosensory association cortex (somatosensory association cortex) in patients with idiopathic scoliosis who rely on different senses to maintain static standing balance.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.视力损害没有通过佩戴助视器(如眼镜)矫正和平衡相关障碍； 2.存在其他神经肌肉疾病、骨骼肌肉系统疾病或有相关既往史，可能影响姿势控制的状况（例如既往下肢手术史、Duchenne肌营养不良症（DMD）、脊髓肌萎缩（SMA）、Friedreich共济失调（FRDA）、Charcot-Marie-Tooth病（CMT）、糖尿病、周围神经病、前庭疾病、关节炎、骨科疾病、急性感染、恶性肿瘤、严重视力或听力障碍）； 3.存在影响脑功能的疾病，如中枢神经系统疾病、精神疾病或认知障碍（小脑疾病、急性脑血管疾病、谵妄、绝症、精神疾病）； 4.近期接受过脊柱手术或其他影响研究结果的治疗； 5.研究者判断不适合入选的其他情况。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Vision impairment that cannot be corrected and balanced through the use of visual aids (such as glasses) and balance-related disorders; 2. Existence of other neuromuscular, skeletal muscle system diseases, or relevant past medical history that may affect posture control (such as previous lower limb surgery, Duchenne muscular dystrophy (DMD), spinal muscular atrophy (SMA), Friedreich ataxia (FRDA), Charcot-Marie-Tooth disease (CMT), diabetes, peripheral neuropathy, vestibular disease, arthritis, orthopedic disease, acute infection, malignancy, severe visual or hearing impairment); 3. Existence of diseases affecting brain function, such as central nervous system diseases, mental illness, or cognitive impairment (cerebellar disease, acute cerebrovascular disease, delirium, terminal illness, mental illness); 4. Recent receipt of spine surgery or other treatments that may affect study results; 5. Other conditions that the investigator determines are not suitable for enrollment.
