研究目的：

开展双中心、单盲、平行组随机对照试验，评估电针治疗对滥用ATS患者导致的轻度神经认知障碍及神经毒性的疗效。

Objectives of Study：

To conduct a two-center, single-blind, parallel-group RCT and assess the effectiveness of electro-acupuncture for patients with mild neurocognitive disorder and neurotoxicity induced by ATS abuse.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 接受针刺的腧穴部位存在外伤或者感染者； 2. 准备妊娠、或处于怀孕和哺乳期的女性； 3. 合并其他严重器质性疾病（如肿瘤，心血管疾病，肝硬化）或精神疾病（如精神分裂）； 4. 不能耐受针灸、电针治疗或对针灸针、酒精过敏者； 5. 合并 HIV 感染、肝炎等严重传染病者； 6. 使用苯丙胺类毒品的同时，长期大量混用其他类型毒品； 7. 根据研究人员的判断，不能参加本临床研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. There is trauma or infection in the acupoint area receiving acupuncture; 2. Women preparing for pregnancy or during pregnancy and lactation; 3. Merge with other serious organic diseases (such as tumors, cardiovascular diseases, liver cirrhosis) or mental disorders (such as schizophrenia); 4. Those who cannot tolerate acupuncture and moxibustion and electroacupuncture treatment or are allergic to acupuncture and moxibustion and alcohol; 5. Individuals with severe infectious diseases such as HIV infection and hepatitis; 6. Simultaneously using amphetamine drugs, long-term and large-scale mixing of other types of drugs; 7. According to the judgment of the researchers, patients who cannot participate in this clinical study.
