研究目的：

探讨乳清蛋白、大米蛋白结合豌豆蛋白对抗阻训练成年男性蛋白质代谢的影响，为了解不同来源蛋白质补充在机体中所涉及的代谢变化，特别是对人体蛋白质代谢的影响提供重要的理论依据，为大众健身和竞技体育的科学饮食干预措施提供实践。  

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effects of whey protein, rice protein, and pea protein on protein metabolism in adult men undergoing resistance training. To provide important theoretical basis for understanding the metabolic changes involved in protein supplementation from different sources in the body, especially the impact on protein metabolism in the human body, and provides practice for scientific dietary intervention measures for mass fitness and competitive sports.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.在参与本研究前的4个月内做过手术，电子设备或金属物体植入者； 2.使用过合成代谢类激素，如类固醇等； 3.有抽烟习惯； 4.在参与本研究前的4个月内参与饮食干预相关实验； 5.对蛋白质类食品过敏； 6.有抗阻训练习惯（连续6个月，每周进行三次以上）。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals who underwent surgery, electronic device or metal object implantation within the 4 months prior to participating in this study; 2. Having used anabolic hormones such as steroids; 3. Having a smoking habit; 4. Participate in dietary intervention related experiments within 4 months prior to participating in this study; 5. Allergies to protein foods; 6. Have a habit of resistance training (conducted at least three times a week for 6 consecutive months).
