研究目的：

1.探索不同身体质量指数BMI（Body Mass Index）的人群体内的微塑料含量的差异； 2.探究粪便中微塑料丰度是否与肥胖程度有相关性； 3.通过问卷调查了解人体内微塑料的可能来源。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To explore the differences in microplastic content in the body of individuals with different Body Mass Index (BMI); 2. To explore whether there is a correlation between the abundance of microplastics in feces and the degree of obesity; 3. To understand the possible sources of microplastics in the human body through a questionnaire survey.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不愿配合项目者； 2.患有严重的系统性疾病及感染，恶性疾病如肿瘤、严重心、肝、肾疾病，急性胃肠道疾病、发热等对肠道菌群有影响的疾病； 3.一周内服用过抗生素的志愿者； 4.一周内因各种原因服用各类保健品者； 5.一周内应用其他理疗仪器或者外用任何药物、保健品促进消化功能、影响肠道菌群，而影响本次试验的受试者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Those who are unwilling to cooperate with the project; 2. Suffering from serious systemic diseases and infections, malignant diseases such as tumors, severe heart, liver, kidney diseases, acute gastrointestinal diseases, fever, and other diseases that affect the gut microbiota; 3. Volunteers who have taken antibiotics within a week; 4. Individuals who take various health supplements for various reasons within a week; 5. Within one week, the use of other physical therapy instruments or external use of any medication or health products to promote digestive function or affect gut microbiota, which may affect the subjects of this experiment.
