研究目的：

通过随机对照实验探索CAMS对自杀倾向精神科患者的干预效果。 1.探索CAMS能否有效降低自杀风险、减少自杀行为； 2.探索CAMS能否降低抑郁焦虑水平、绝望、经验回避水平；提升自尊、心理复原力； 3.探索CAMS的干预效果是否比常规治疗（TAU）更好； 4.探索影响CAMS干预效果的因素。

Objectives of Study：

To explore the effectiveness of CAMS for suicidal psychiatric patients through a randomised controlled trial. 1. To explore whether CAMS is effective in reducing suicide risk and suicidal behaviour; 2. To explore whether CAMS can reduce levels of depression and anxiety, hopelessness, and experiential avoidance; and enhance self-esteem and psychological resilience; 3. To explore whether CAMS is a better intervention than treatment as usual (TAU); 4. To explore the factors that influence the effectiveness of CAMS interventions.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.精神分裂谱系疾病； 2. 慢性自杀：在过去12个月内住院治疗>12周，或在此期间因自杀住院> 6次； 3.神经性厌食； 4.物质依赖； 5.发育障碍、智力障碍、痴呆、器质性障碍、重大脑创伤史以及其他认知障碍； 6.处于电休克治疗阶段严重影响认知功能； 7.正在进行系统心理治疗。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Schizophrenia spectrum disorders; 2. Chronic suicidality: hospitalisation for > 12 weeks in the last 12 months or > 6 hospitalisations for suicide during this period; 3. Anorexia nervosa; 4. Substance dependence; 5. Developmental disabilities, intellectual disability, dementia, organic disorders, history of major traumatic brain injury and other cognitive impairments; 6. Being in the electroconvulsive phase of treatment that severely affects cognitive functioning; 7. Undergoing systemic psychotherapy.
