研究目的：

基于膳食炎症指数的设计原则和内容结构，构建膳食抗炎食物库，在此基础上构建妊娠期糖尿病抗炎饮食方案；探讨此方案对妊娠期糖尿病患者炎症水平、血糖水平、免疫功能、睡眠质量、生活质量、焦虑、抑郁及妊娠结局的影响。  

Objectives of Study：

To construct a dietary anti-inflammatory food bank based on the design principles and content structure of the Dietary Inflammatory Index, and to construct an anti-inflammatory dietary regimen for gestational diabetes mellitus based on this regimen; and to explore the effects of this regimen on inflammation levels, glucose-lipid metabolism, immune function, sleep quality, quality of life, anxiety and depression in gestational diabetes mellitus.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.伴有心肝肾疾病、胃肠疾病和营养性疾病、甲状腺疾病等； 2.伴有急慢性感染性疾病如泌尿系统感染性疾病、消化系统感染性疾病、呼吸系统感染性疾病等； 3.孕前糖尿病合并妊娠、糖尿病前期； 4.完全不能经口进食者(接受全肠内营养者)； 5.妊娠反应严重、无法规律进食者； 6.妊娠为双胎或多胎者； 7.合并认知功能障碍、精神障碍或不愿意合作者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. With heart, liver and kidney diseases, gastrointestinal and nutritional diseases, thyroid diseases, etc.; 2. Accompanied by acute and chronic infectious diseases such as urinary system infectious diseases, digestive system infectious diseases, respiratory system infectious diseases; 3. Pre-pregnancy diabetes mellitus combined with pregnancy, pre-diabetes; 4. Those who are completely unable to eat by mouth (those who receive total enteral nutrition); 5. Those who have severe pregnancy reactions and are unable to eat regularly; 6. Those with twin or multiple pregnancies; 7. Combined cognitive dysfunction, mental disorder or unwillingness to co-operate.
