To establish an Advanced Glucose Management Service, and explore the role of AGMS in improving glycemic control of adult inpatients.

1.妊娠（正在或计划中）
2.精神障碍患者
3.依从性不佳或拒绝降糖治疗者

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant (on-going or planning);
2. Mental disorder;
3. Poor compliance or refusal of treatment.
