研究目的：

了解陵城区辖区内60-75周岁老年人流感疫苗接种意愿及其影响因素，对德州市陵城区当前没有意愿接种当年流感疫苗的60-75周岁老年人进行瞬时干预，了解瞬时干预对老年人流感疫苗接种意愿的影响，为老年人群流感疫苗接种宣传和流感防控策略制定、降低流感疾病负担提供理论指导和数据支撑。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the intention of influenza vaccination and its influencing factors among the elderly aged 60-75 years in Lingcheng district of Dezhou, and to conduct a momentary intervention for the elderly aged 60-75 years who were not willing to be vaccinated in the current year for the further understanding of the effect of momentary intervention on the intention of influenza vaccination among the elderly. In this study, we aimed to provide theoretical guidance and data support for the promotion of influenza vaccination and the development of influenza prevention and control strategies in the elderly and reduce the disease burden of influenza in the elderly.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.横断面研究：无法进行沟通交流者、精神病患者等。 2.干预研究：本年度已接种流感疫苗，有流感疫苗接种禁忌症。

Exclusion criteria：

1. The cross-sectional study: unable to communicate, mentally ill patients, etc. 2. The intervention study: Patients were excluded if they had received influenza vaccination in the current year or had contraindications to influenza vaccination.

陵城区疾病预防控制中心工作人员通过问卷星收集数据,导出数据进行核对、清洗和整理,形成最终数据库,置于加密硬盘保存管理。
