研究目的：

1.探索重度慢阻肺不同证候的脑组织代谢特点及慢阻肺继发慢性脑损伤 的可能的机制。 2.通过中医药干预为中医药改善慢阻肺继发脑功能损伤提供证据支持， 为后续进一步研究提供理论参考。  

Objectives of Study：

1. Explore the metabolic characteristics of brain tissue in different symptoms of severe COPD and chronic brain injury secondary to COPD Possible mechanisms. 2. Provide evidence support for the improvement of chronic obstructive pulmonary secondary brain function injury by traditional Chinese medicine intervention,It provides a theoretical reference for further research.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.有明确头颅外伤、脑血管病史： 2.合并严重不可控的糖尿病、心血管疾病、肝肾功能衰竭等严重系统性 疾病： 3.合并阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停综合征： 4.合并老年痴呆、精神类、癔症等可能影响认知的疾病 5.安装心脏起搏器、体内有金属，如假肢、人工瓣膜、固定用钢板、螺 钉等。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Have a clear history of head trauma and cerebrovascular disease: 2. Combined with serious uncontrollable diabetes, cardiovascular disease, liver and kidney failure and other serious systemic diseases: 3. Combined with obstructive sleep apnea syndrome: 4. Combined with Alzheimer's disease, psychiatric disease, hysteria and other diseases that may affect cognition 5. Install pacemakers, there are metals in the body, such as prosthetics, artificial valves, fixed steel plates, screws, etc.
