研究目的：

探讨太极拳联合经颅直流电刺激技术（tDCS）对轻度认知功能障碍（MCI）认知功能改善的最佳刺激强度。  

Objectives of Study：

To investigate the optimal stimulation intensity of Tai chi combined with transcranial direct current stimulation (tDCS) for improving cognitive function in patients with mild cognitive impairment (MCI), and the potential mechanism of Tai chi combined with tDCS at different stimulation intensities to improve cognitive function in MCI patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1. 抑郁引起的认知障碍者，简版老年抑郁量表评分≥9分的抑郁患者； 2. 服用药物（抗精神类药物；苯二氮卓类药物等）、中毒等其他原因引起认知障碍患者； 3. 血压无法控制的高血压患者（服药之后舒张压仍然超过100mmHg 或收缩压仍然超过160mmHg）； 4. 无法配合完成运动方案者，如神经系统疾病引起的运动功能障碍（脑卒中、帕金森）、肌肉骨骼系统疾病（下肢关节炎、髋膝关节置换史等）、严重脏器疾病及其他运动禁忌症； 5. 无法完成指标评估者，如严重失语、视听障碍、文盲等； 6. 正在参加其他临床试验且会影响本研究结局评价者； 7. 近半年服用过影响或者改善认知功能的药物。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients with cognitive impairment caused by depression,the depression patients with score of GDS-15 more than or equal 9; 2. Patients with cognitive impairment caused by taking drugs (antipsychotics; benzodiazepines, etc.), poisoning and other reasons; 3. Patients with uncontrollable blood pressure (systolic blood pressure greater than 160mmHg or diastolic blood pressure greater than 100 mmHg after medication); 4. Participants cannot cooperate to complete the exercise program, such as motor dysfunction caused by nervous system diseases (stroke, Parkinson's disease), musculoskeletal system diseases (lower limb arthritis, history of hip and knee replacement, etc.), serious organ diseases and other exercise contraindications; 5. Participants cannot complete the index evaluation, such as severe aphasia, audio-visual impairment, illiteracy, etc; 6. Participants in other research trials that are participating in and influencing the results of this study; 7. Taking any medications in the past 6 months which may cause impaired or improved cognitive performance.

随机分组序列由专门的统计工作人员采用 SPSS Statistics 25.0统计软件程序产生。将合格对象按纳入的顺序编号以及 1:1:1的比例随机分配进入太极拳+0 mA tDCS 组，太极拳+1 mA tDCS 组，太极拳+2 mA tDCS 组。

The random grouping sequence is generated by special statistical staff using SPSS statistics 25.0 statistical software program.The eligible participants were randomly assigned to the Tai Chi + 0 mA tDCS group, Tai Chi + 1 mA tDCS group, and Tai Chi + 2 mA tDCS group according to the order number and the ratio of 1:1:1.

盲法：

本研究采取双盲法，即对结局评价者、数据分析者和受试者均设盲。采用字母 A、B、C代替组别，通过 SPSS 25.0 软件设置盲底，对盲底文件设置密码并由随机序列保管员保管。所有符合入组条件的受试者均进行太极拳联合tDCS的研究方案，受试者不被告知本研究的分组情况。

Blinding：

In this study, a double blind method was used to blind outcome assessors, data analysts, and participants. Letters A, B, and C were used to replace groups. SPSS 25.0 software was used to set the blind base, and passwords were set for the blind base files, which were kept by random sequence keeper. All eligible participants underwent the study protocol of Tai chi combined with tDCS, and the subjects were not informed of the grouping in this study.
