研究目的：

第一年收集文獻資料，召開專家會議，設計TKR術後運動處方模型並試行介入；收集年齡60歲以上且BMI>24的過重及肥胖膝關節退化個案給予TKR術後運動處方模型，執行三個月後，檢測其復健成效及身體組成變化等，再於三個月後進行追蹤測試；第二年計畫則為繼續收集個案數量至100人，即能分成二組，每組50人，檢測其復健成效及身體組成變化分析；並探討身體組成與TKR術後復健預後之相關。  

Objectives of Study：

To identify the training effects of postoperative rehabilitation, using elastic resistance exercise combined with balance training, on body composition of obese patients with knee osteoarthritis after total knee replacement; and the relationship between changes of body composition followed post-TKR active rehabilitation and outcomes of functional mobility.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

TKR手術側曾接受人工膝或髖關節置換手術者、有心血管疾病不適運動者、有下肢骨折病史者、因神經系統疾病致下肢無力者，膝關節疼痛程度超過WOMAC的疼痛量表5分以上者，皆為排除對象。

Exclusion criteria：

Patients were excluded if they had (1) perceived TKR or THP of operated leg; (2) systemic disease limited for exercise, such as cardiovascular disease; (3) any history of low extremity fracture; (4) other neurological problems limiting lower extremity function; (5) pain score of WONAC pain subscale ≧5.
