研究目的：

探讨超声引导下一点阻滞法与两点阻滞法对竖脊肌平面阻滞范围的影响，以便于我们在临床麻醉实施过程中获得更可靠的麻醉阻滞效果，以期为超声引导下竖脊肌平面阻滞提供更好的操作方式。  

Objectives of Study：

Exploring the effects of ultrasound guided one point block method and two point block method on the range of vertical spinal plane block, in order to obtain more reliable anesthesia block effect in clinical anesthesia implementation, and to provide a better operating method for ultrasound guided vertical spinal plane block.

药物成份或治疗方案详述：

 

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.对局麻药过敏者； 2.穿刺点有感染、肿物的患者； 3.既往神经精神疾病史、因任何原因不能完成术前神经精神功能测验，并除外术前MMSE得分＜24分； 4.术前有严重凝血功能障碍者； 5.心脏存在严重心动过缓或传导阻滞者； 6.在入选研究前参加其他实验研究者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Individuals who are allergic to local anesthetics; 2. Patients with infections or tumors at the puncture site; 3. History of previous neurological and psychiatric disorders, inability to complete preoperative neurological and psychiatric function tests for any reason, and excluding preoperative MMSE scores<24 points; 4. Patients with severe coagulation dysfunction before surgery; 5. Patients with severe bradycardia or conduction block in the heart; 6. Participate in other experimental researchers before being selected for the study.
