研究目的：

通过多模态虚拟现实，将芳香疗法与亲生态虚拟现实结合，从视觉、听觉、嗅觉多维度缓解焦虑水平，从而减少术后谵妄的发生率。  

Objectives of Study：

With multimodal virtual reality, to combine aromatherapy and biophilic virtual reality that reduces the incidence of post-operative delirium by alleviating anxiety levels in a multidimensional way from visual, auditory and olfactory senses.

Description for medicine or protocol of treatment in detail：

 

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.不能提供知情同意； 2.急诊手术； 3.术前精神错乱/痴呆/癫痫发作病史； 4.严重的视觉/听觉/嗅觉障碍； 5.对精油过敏； 6.术前认知功能采用MMSE进行筛查(中学教育程度MMSE<24，小学教育程度MMSE<20，文盲教育程度MMSE<17)。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Inability to provide informed consent; 2. Emergency surgery; 3. History of preoperative psychosis/dementia/seizures; 4. Severe visual/auditory/smell impairment; 5. Allergy to essential oils; 6. Preoperative cognitive function screened using MMSE (MMSE < 24 for secondary education, < 20 for primary education, and < 17 for illiterate education).

A computer-generated list of simple randomisations by 1:1 allocation was created by a researcher who was not involved in the trial process, follow-up and pre-study analysis. Patient allocations were placed in sealed opaque envelopes, randomised, and handed to researchers in turn before entering the operating theatre.
