研究目的：

1. 开展仿生肛门直肠功能检测技术、排粪造影、3D-ARM和球囊逼出在慢性便秘诊疗中的平行对照试验，利用数据融合技术手段，建立多模态特征向量参数模型; 2. 对比分析动态检测（仿生测试和排粪造影）与静态检测（3D-ARM和直肠指检）在慢性便秘诊断中的假阳性概率，探索假阳性诱因； 3. 研究慢性便秘（如慢传输、出口梗阻）及大便失禁等患者特征参数相关性，建立一种基于多模态数据融合的诊断模型，为建立新的诊断金标准提供安全有效的理论和技术支撑。 4. 研究慢性便秘患者肛门直肠生物钟的节律。

Objectives of Study：

1.To conduct a parallel controlled trial of bionic anorectal function testing, fecography, 3D-ARM and balloon forcing in the diagnosis and treatment of chronic constipation, and to establish a multimodal eigenvector parameter model by means of data fusion technology; and 2. compare and analyze the false-positive probability of dynamic tests (bionic test and fecography) with static tests (3D-ARM and rectal fingerprinting) in the diagnosis of chronic constipation, and explore the false-positive triggers; 3. to study the correlation of characteristic parameters of chronic constipation and establish a diagnostic model based on multimodal data fusion, so as to provide safe and effective theoretical and technical support for the establishment of a new diagnostic gold standard. 4. to study the rhythm of anorectal biological clock in patients with chronic constipation.

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

(1) 受试年龄≤18岁或受试年龄≥70岁； (2) 明确原因的继发性便秘和药源性便秘； (3) 特异性感染（如结核、克罗恩病、溃疡性结直肠炎等）； (4) 患有消化道器质性疾病或其他累及消化道的系统性疾病，如神经肌肉的病变、内分泌及代谢性疾病、系统性硬化症、神经系统疾病等； (5) 合并有心脑血管、肝、肾、呼吸系统和造血系统等严重原发性疾病，恶性肿瘤和(或)其它进行性基础疾病者； (6) 妊娠、哺乳期、处于特殊生理周期的妇女； (7) 不合作或精神异常患者； (8) 有其他可能影响研究结果的因素或根据研究者判断不宜进入研究的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

(1) Subject age ≤ 18 years or subject age ≥ 70 years; (2) Definite cause of secondary constipation and pharmacogenetic constipation; (3) Atopic infections (e.g., tuberculosis, Crohn's disease, ulcerative colitis, etc.); (4) Organic diseases of the gastrointestinal tract or other systemic diseases involving the gastrointestinal tract, such as neuromuscular lesions, endocrine and metabolic diseases, systemic sclerosis, and neurological diseases; (5) Those with a combination of serious primary diseases of the cardiovascular, cerebrovascular, hepatic, renal, respiratory and hematopoietic systems, malignant tumors and/or other progressive underlying diseases; (6) Women who are pregnant, lactating, or in a special physiological cycle; (7) Uncooperative or mentally abnormal patients; (8) Patients with other factors that may affect the results of the study or who, in the judgment of the investigator, should not be admitted to the study.
