研究目的：

研究腰椎手术患者术前术中两种不同颊针治疗时机的疗效差异及炎性因子水平，指导颊针颊针最佳治疗窗口，探讨颊针可能发生的机制  

Objectives of Study：

To study the difference of curative effect and the level of inflammatory factors between two different treatment opportunities of buccal acupuncture before and during lumbar surgery, to guide the best treatment window of buccal acupuncture and explore the possible mechanism of buccal acupuncture.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1、针刺穴位处有皮肤疾病、肿瘤或感染；2、术前3天内使用过镇静、镇痛药物；3、患有神经精神疾病、癫痫或智力异常患者；4、体内曾植入心脏起搏器、除颤器等电生理装置者； 5、患有糖尿病、库欣综合征、垂体瘤、肾上腺皮质疾病等内分泌疾病患者；6、 ASA 分级为Ⅲ-Ⅴ级者。

Exclusion criteria：

1.skin diseases, tumors or infections at acupuncture points; 2.sedation and analgesia drugs were used within 3 days before operation; 3.patients with neuropsychiatric diseases, epilepsy or abnormal intelligence; 4.patients with implanted pacemakers, defibrillators and other electrophysiological devices; 5.patients with endocrine diseases such as diabetes, Cushing syndrome, pituitary adenomas and adrenocortical diseases; 6.patients with ASA grade Ⅲ-V.

A组（术前颊针治疗联合全身麻醉组）在麻醉诱导前30分钟给予颊针针刺治疗，嘱患者取仰卧位，操作者消毒，双手采用一次性使用揿针(0.25*2.5mm)拍针手法，按照《颊针疗法)取标准为：双侧颈穴（CA-5，颧弓根上缘处）、腰穴（CA-7，背与骶穴连线中点处）、骶穴（CA-8，下颌角前上0.5寸）、下焦穴（CA-4，下颌内角前缘处）,行提插捻转手法至针下沉紧、滞涩，得气后持续颊针治疗30min。

将符合纳入标准的腰椎后路开放手术患者按照手术时间的先后顺序，从1-90号进行编号，随后使用随机数字表，从第10行最左端开始，横向并且连续选取90个两位数的随机数。将随机数按照从小到大的顺序编序号，如果随机数相同，规定先出现的数字为小。事先设定规则，序号1-30对应的病例进入A组(术前电针联合全身麻醉组),序号31-60对应的患者进入B组(术中电针联合全身麻醉组),序号61-90对应的受试者进入C组(对照组)。随机分组由专人进行，不参与试验实施和指标评价。

Randomization Procedure (please state who generates the random number sequence and by what method)：

Patients who meet the inclusion criteria for posterior lumbar surgery are numbered from No. 1 to 90 according to the sequence of operation time, and then a random number table is used to select 90 two-digit random numbers horizontally and continuously, starting from the leftmost end of row 10. The random numbers are numbered in the order from small to large. If the random numbers are the same, the number that appears first is specified as small. The rules were set in advance, the patients corresponding to serial number 1-30 entered group A (preoperative electroacupuncture combined with general anesthesia group), the patients corresponding to serial number 31-60 entered group B (intraoperative electroacupuncture combined with general anesthesia group), and the subjects corresponding to serial number 61-90 entered group C (control group). Randomization was carried out by special personnel who was not involved in the implementation of the trial and evaluation of the indicators.
