研究目的：

开展双向队列研究，通过收集临床治疗相关信息及组织样本并随访关注评价多种术式针对不同患者适应症的选择以及其疗效。从而更好地应用于临床应用及推广，为广大尿道狭窄患者的治疗提供宝贵经验和指导。  

Objectives of Study：

To conduct a two-way cohort study to evaluate the selection of various surgical procedures for different patient indications and their efficacy through the collection of clinical treatment-related information and tissue samples with follow-up. This study will be used for clinical application and dissemination, and will provide valuable experience and guidance for the treatment of urethral stricture patients.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.因身体原因、严重感染等原因入院后未能按原定方案接受手术治疗的患者； 2.病理诊断伴随尿道癌等恶性肿瘤疾病，或伴随严重的身心疾病、器质性疾病等，术后预期寿命可能短于3年者； 3.未按要求保存的样本。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Patients who fail to receive surgical treatment according to the original plan after being admitted to the hospital for physical reasons, serious infections, etc.; 2. Those whose pathological diagnosis is accompanied by malignant neoplastic diseases such as urothelial carcinoma, or those who are accompanied by serious physical and mental diseases, organic diseases, etc., and whose life expectancy after surgery may be shorter than 3 years; 3. Samples not preserved as required.
