研究目的：

1.就多个方面对比上颌窦内提升术和颌窦外提升术，为临床医生的选择提供依据； 2.探究接受了上颌窦内提升和外提升并行同期种植的患者的种植体存留率及植体稳定性； 3.对比上颌窦内提升和外提升的成骨效果、术后反应、移植物稳定、并发症； 4.探究影响上颌窦内提升和外提升效果的临床因素。  

Objectives of Study：

1. To compare internal maxillary sinus elevation (ISFE) surgery and lateral maxillary sinus elevation (LSFE) surgery in multiple aspects to provide a basis for the selection of clinical doctors; 2. To explore the implant retention rate and implant stability of patients who have received LSFE and TSFE; 3. To compare the osteogenic effects, postoperative reactions, graft stability, and complications of LSFE and ISFE; 4. To explore the clinical factors that affect the effectiveness of LSFE and ISFE.

纳入标准：

Inclusion criteria

排除标准：

1.孕妇和哺乳期患者； 2.患有活动性鼻窦炎患者； 3.服用免疫抑制剂患者； 4.未签署知情同意书的患者。

Exclusion criteria：

1. Pregnant women and lactating patients; 2. Patients with active sinusitis; 3. Patients taking immunosuppressive drugs; 4. Patients who have not signed an informed consent form.
